After the artist finish your artwork, they will send you a preview photo and video via email. You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And artist'll make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, we will express it to you. It usually takes one or two days to handle the package. Then we will ship it.

    • Ships in a Crate: Small-size artworks with stretched or framed elements are shipped in a robust wooden crate. Our large artworks are dispatched in sturdy crates designed for global art shipping. The crate includes packaging materials that meet stringent guidelines to secure the artwork in place, ensuring a tightly sealed delivery.
    • Ships in a Tube: Exclusively for canvas items, your artwork will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is particularly suitable for oversize works, offering lower shipping costs. Rolled works can be easily stretched or framed by a local framer upon arrival. We recommend sending paper works directly to your framer for cautious unrolling.
