30 day Money Back Guarantee

We offer every customer a 30 day no risk money back guarantee on your order. A return claim must be filed within 30 days after you received it. If 30 days have gone by since receiving it, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us, you only need to pay the freight for the return. (Please note, if there is a return tariff, it's also borne by the buyer).

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
1. It has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork.
2. The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging.
3. Please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.
4. A receipt or proof of purchase.
Therefore, it's important that you take care when unpacking received artworks. For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.

If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfill it.


How to Returns
To return any items, please email us at support@hallogallery.com. To expedite the return process, please be ready for these below before you contact us:
1) Be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the item.
2) Provide image(s) of the product showing the damaged part(s) including the packaging.
3) A receipt or proof of purchase, like the order number, or email.
When Our customer service receives your email, they will reply to you within 2 business days. They will tell you the returned address and what to do next.

Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.


How to Get the Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.


Order Cancellation
All orders are automatically processed on our end and sent for shipment when the artwork is finished. Unfortunately, during this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we cannot do it free of charge after a certain point. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order at least one day before it has been shipped, your order will be canceled free of charge. Even if you are charged, we will refund the full price and shipping cost, if applicable;
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
Step 1: Check your bank account again.
Step 2: Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Step 3: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
