A: Yes! Every artwork in our store is meticulously handcrafted. By purchasing from us, you support our talented artists and skilled craftsmen. Note that due to the handmade nature, processing time is required, and minor color variations may occur.

 

Q: What is the whole process for ordering art on hallogallery.com?

A: All artworks on HalloGallery are customized to your specific needs. After purchase, our skilled artists will begin crafting your piece, usually taking about 1 week. Once completed, you’ll receive a preview photo and video via email. If satisfied, we’ll expedite shipping. The whole process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
If the preview isn’t to your liking, you are welcome to request modifications or a complete redo.

 

Q: Does the artwork arrive framed?

A: It depends on your order. We offer 3 types of option to choose: Only Canvas(Rolled up), Frameless Stretched Canvas, and Framed Stretched Canvas(Ready to hang)

Q: How is the artwork packaged?

A: Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork. Frame or frameless stretched paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.

 

Q: Can I update or cancel my order at any point?

A: Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@hallogallery.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: After completing your artwork, we promptly ship it from our warehouse. Our shipping partners usually deliver worldwide within seven days to most destinations. Overall, we aim to deliver your items within two weeks of your order. For more intricate artwork, the maximum timeframe is three weeks.
